FREE FALL FOR KIDS!

BALTIMORE ALGEBRA PROJECT
The History-Telling Project

This project will create the opportunity and inspiration for Baltimore City School students to work with community residents and anchor institutions in their school communities to discover, share and coalesce around the history of their schools and the neighborhoods in which they are located. In this process history will be discovered, documented and contrasted with current situations and needs of the community. It will serve as a mechanism to engage community residents and kindle their imaginations and involvement in the re-creation of the public education enterprise for the 21st century. As a result we will build the base for parent and community engagement in the transformation process of their school and community.
